Researchers at Macquarie University are inviting adults living in Australia with a chronic physical health condition to take part in an online study exploring experiences of healthcare.
Many people report that their symptoms are not always fully understood or recognised. This study aims to better understand how patients experience communication and care in healthcare settings, including whether symptoms are taken seriously and how systems respond to complex conditions.
Participation involves completing a 15–20 minute online survey. Responses are de-identified and participation is voluntary. Participants may skip questions or withdraw at any time before submission.
Participants may also choose to enter an optional prize draw to win one of ten $100 gift cards.
