For 75 years, researchers have turned to Arthritis Australia to help transform their work into real treatments and solutions for the 7 million Australians living with arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions.

Our National Research Program is over 40 years old, generously supported by the Australian Rheumatology Association Research Fund, individual donors and a range of other donors including the ARA Victoria, the New Zealand Rheumatology Association, Arthritis and Osteoporosis WA and the Arthritis Movement.

As the leading non-government funder of arthritis research in Australia, we partner with universities, healthcare organisations and the wider medical research sector to back innovative research projects.
