Swinburne University is exploring if dietary intake impacts chronic pain and if this correlation affects the quality of life of individuals living with this pain. Through conducting this study, we aim to be able to contribute to future dietetic guidelines for people living with chronic pain.
This study is a once-off, online and completely anonymous survey. The study should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete and can be done in a place of the participants choosing, accessed through a QR code or survey link.
Recruitment Criteria: We are looking for participants who meet the following criteria:
- 18 years of age and over
- Live in Australia
- English reading & writing skills
- Experience chronic pain that has been ongoing for 3 or more months related to one or more of the following conditions:
- Endometriosis
- Fibromyalgia
- Migraines
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- Rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
- Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
- Chronic back pain
