The eCentreClinic, a specialist research unit and a not-for-profit initiative within Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia), is offering the Chronic Conditions and Loneliness Course via an online clinical trial.
The course is delivered via the internet over 8 weeks and is designed to provide good information and teach practical skills for managing the impact of chronic health conditions, feelings of loneliness, and improving emotional wellbeing. The course is free of charge.
Eligibility criteria:
*Adults aged 60 and older, who are living in Australia
*Diagnosed with chronic physical health condition
*Experiencing feelings of loneliness or social isolation
*Not experiencing an acute mental health crisis or significant cognitive difficulties
*English speaking
