Clinical trial focusing on Ulcerative Pyoderma Gangrenosum in adults.

Specialists at The Skin Hospital in Sydney are conducting a study to test a medicine called spesolimab in people with ulcerative pyoderma gangrenosum to see:

  • how well spesolimab helps heal ulcers
  • how well spesolimab is tolerated
  • how spesolimab is taken up in the body
  • how spesolimab affects functions and substances of the body
  • how the immune system, the body’s defence system, responds to spesolimab

Key eligibility criteria:

  1. Adult trial participants, aged 18 years+
  2. A confirmed diagnosis of ulcerative PG that requires systemic therapy.
  3. At least one measurable PG ulcer.
  4. At the time of the Screening Visit, a maximum duration of 6 months since the target ulcer in the current PG episode was diagnosed.

This trial is conducted at The Skin Hospital, 121 Crown St, Darlinghurst, NSW, 2010, Australia.

Volunteers receive travel reimbursement.
