The National Pain Survey, led by Chronic Pain Australia helps to better understand what it’s really like to live with ongoing pain in Australia and
what needs to change.
The theme, ‘Pain Takes A Nation’, aims to bring greater awareness to the vicious cycle of pain many people experience, including stigma, isolation and mental health challenges.
Chronic pain is not just physical – it affects daily life, emotions and identity.
By sharing these experiences, we aim to build greater understanding and support for those living with pain and those who care for them.
