Gout resources for Pasifika peoples
Explore easy-to-understand, Pasifika-informed resources designed to help you, your family, and your community manage gout well. Created together with Pasifika peoples, these guides and videos share trusted information and practical tips to support strong families, healthy living, and brighter futures.
Why These Resources Matter
Pasifika peoples experience higher rates of gout and related conditions compared to other communities in Aotearoa New Zealand, and often face greater barriers to accessing care. These resources have been developed to help close that gap, support self-management, and strengthen the health and wellbeing of Pasifika communities.
